I do miss Adam and things are slow. I hear he's doing well, eating all the foods, going to all the shows, and taking very warm showers. Oh, America.
Many stores are closed here in Ollantaytambo before the tourist season starts again because people want some vacation time, which is understandable. Luckily, they should be opening for next week! I'm excited to visit all the cafes again in Ollantaytambo.
I did go to this website to help myself craft a personal mission statement for life, since I am lacking a bit of clear focus lately.

The quiz said I work to impact individuals because I want feel their best and I like to achieve impact through helping to create peoples' environments and experiences.
Interesting.
This weekend I am enjoying some time in Cusco after visit Friday to Kausay Wasi for the first time since being there in late 2012 on my last visit to Peru. They are a wonderful clinic that is well-equipped and never turns anyone away for lack of funds. They also have visiting surgical campaigns almost every month!

Did you know almost everytime I post something, it disappears when I push Publish? Lesson learned: "copy what you write." So I think I called you the TINCTURE QUEEN, and I recommended that you bring home your "frotaciones" in a box with bubble wrap. AND I mentioned Adam was healthy and wild on Friday for Umphrey's. Also met his boss, who was cool -- I praised him for letting his workers travel / life overseas for months-on-end. Anyway, also: I still have Adam's Komboucha mother, and I feed it fresh tea every other week. I'm going to give it to the one pregnant woman at CHIDITIROD in chicago tmrw (http://www.chiditarod.org/) so she can drink like the rest of us. Hugs. Your friends.
