Mountain biking + volunteering at El Albergue

This past weekend, Adam went on an amazing mountain biking trip. Woke up early, rented bikes from the local rental place called KB Tambo, and hopped in a bus to take us up to Maras.

Heading home with some flat tires, but it doesn't matter because of the cuteness here.

"This large temperature difference was possibly used by the Inca to study the effects of different climatic conditions on crops. In other words, Moray was perhaps an Inca agricultural experiment station. As with many other Inca sites, it also has a sophisticated irrigation system"

Brooke has no pictures, but she finally was able to volunteer some time at El Albergue, our favorite organic restaurant in Ollantaytambo. While she didn't get to work in the gardens themselves today, she was happy to help with the digging of 6 meter-deep holes for the building of a new common space for Joaquín's school on his property.

We are preparing for Thanksgivukkah, which will be Thanksgiving and the beginning of Chanukah in one day, never happen in our lifetime again!

Brooke hears her tenants are enjoying her condo and her cats are doing well for which she is very grateful.

That's about all for now! Stay tuned, friends.
